TERMS OF SERVICE - PRE-AMBLE
The Terms of Service (Hereafter known "ToS") is set in place to ensure a clear set of guidelines that protect both the customer and the producer from any attempts at scamming, theft or anything else that may be deemed harmful to both parties. The Anzatan Commonwealth does not steal, all our deals that are deemed legitimate are carried out, honored with the buyer accommodated in any way shape or form necessary to ensure the deal is completed.
The misunderstanding people have with us is on the issue of deals whereby they expect their deals to be honored after they or the group they work for try to harm us. So, here is our disclaimer:
"If you, or the group you work for tries to take any sort of hostile action against the Anzatan Commonwealth's factions or members, we will go out of our way to ruin your life. Any legitimate business will otherwise be upheld to the highest standards of public business."
If you do not agree with the disclaimer, then you are free to not deal with us. However, once your order has been placed you will be expected to know of this disclaimer. Any claim of ignorance on your part will not be listened to and depending on how extensively this disclaimer is breached, you may lose your credits and deal completely. We will offer you a solution, but it is for you to decide to accept that solution or decline it with the consequences of that decision.
SECTION I - PRE-ORDERS AND SALE OF PRE-ORDER PLACEMENTS
I. All orders with the Anzatan Commonwealth will be dealt with as fast as possible by the group the order is placed with. It is the customers responsibility to seek updates from the leader of that group the order is with and no one else.
II. Your order, upon the payment of the product you order will be processed for production. If a deposit is necessary you must pay that. If the leader has made an exemption that is between yourself and the leader to deal with should any issues or complications arise from that agreement. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% (of the total order price) charge against the deposit.
III. Your orders remain unsellable to third parties. We will only honor the order of the original buyer and we will not accept transferable orders or "slips" of currently existing orders. Otherwise we will not process the order and the money will be refunded to the person who paid the original buyer of the product.
IV. Orders made by individuals of a corporation or government are not recognized by the Anzatan Commonwealth as orders made by the corporation or government that the customer in question is employed by. An order from a corporation or government must be made clear as being from the group in question along with payment.
SECTION II - EXISTING ORDERS IN THE EVENT OF A CUSTOMER'S DEATH/FACTION DISSOLUTION
I. In the event of a customer dying whilst their pre-order/order is being processed, the goods will automatically become the property of the Anzatan Commonwealth and will be distributed as the Commonwealth sees fit. This includes, credits, processed orders, orders being produced, partially fulfilled orders and any other order type at the time of the customer's death.
II. The Commonwealth will NOT violate the rules of the Combine by handing assets over to the new character of the deceased or to any of his/her family relatives.
III. Any goods already in the property of the customer that is being transported will be returned to the Commonwealth's depot until the new claimants arrive to claim the property they have gained from the deceased estate. Last Will & Testaments will not be admissible to the Commonwealth for transference of existing assets that would have been lost due to the death of the client.
IV. Corporate and Government orders are exempt except on the dissolution of the group. Upon the dissolution of the group, the assets become the property of the Anzatan Commonwealth.
SECTION III - CREDIT
I. Gaining Credit for large purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Upon being accepted for credit, your credit history file will be created to track your monthly payments and credit rating for future credit agreements.
II. Upon being accepted for Credit, a 30% deposit must be placed on the amount of money that you are being given credit for. If the deposit is not paid within the alloted time period of 72 hours, then you will lose the agreed credit and will have to go through the credit agreement again.
III. Your initial credit will be based on your history within galactic markets (Centrepoint Market, Galactic Market, Commonwealth Exchange) if you have a poor or low trade history, you may not be accepted for credit.
IV. Corporations, Governments and Individual Sentients are allowed to apply for Credit.
V. As the client, you will be given the alloted amount of money that will need to be paid each month to the Commonwealth company which gave you credit, you will not own the products purchased until the final payment is made, but you will be assigned them for use until that time.
VI. By failing to pay the monthly installment, you will risk having your products seized for liquidation to reclaim the credit amount that was given to you as well as being given a poor credit rating for future credit purchases that may be attempted by yourself.
VII. Exclusions of this availability are materials (Except to Commonwealth Corporations)

Any problems, concerns, questions or information required about anything in regards to your order must be made known to the leader of the company you have placed your order with, or one of it's sales representatives. |
